Trinicom is a Dutch company, based in ‘De Lathmer’ castle in Wilp, and is the leading specialist in multi-channel customer contact software in the Benelux.

With modules such as T5 Web self-service, T5 E-mail response management, T5 Live chat, T5 Call management, T5 Hypersearch, T5 Chatbot and T5 Letter, fax and counter contact, Trinicom enables their clients to handle customer contacts quickly and efficiently across all channels.

Trinicom focuses primarily on the development, implementation and support of its core product: Trinicom 5 (T5). This standardised application based on internet technology can be fully deployed within an organisation’s customer contact process, ensuring that all customer contacts are processed quickly and uniformly from one central knowledge base.

Trinicom also advises clients on setting up a multi-channel contact centre optimally, emphasising the improvement of service provision via the internet, e-mail, chat and telephone, and reducing service costs.

Trinicom is the only Dutch software producer of integrated Customer Interaction Management software and counts leading organisations at home and abroad among its client base, including Agis Zorgverzekeringen, Albert Heijn, Albumprinter, Arke, Cendris, Cheaptickets.nl, De Kindertelefoon, Rabobank, Telfort, Univé, Universiteit Utrecht and Vrij Uit.

Trinicom was founded by Wilco Rietberg and currently has offices in The Netherlands and Belgium.
